What types of storage units do you offer?
We offer multiple enclosed, locked storage units. The main sizes are 6m2, 10m2, 12m2,
25m2, 27m2, 36m2, 52m2, 54m2.
We also offer secure indoor and outdoor car, trailer or boat storage.
What are your access hours?
We offer 24/7 access
Is my stored property secure?
Yes, our facilities are equipped with 24/7 video surveillance, cell phone-activated gate access
with personalised codes. Each enclosed unit can be locked.
All new tenants must undergo a criminal record check.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
We offer flexible month-to-month leases, so you can rent for as long as you need. Minimum
lease period is 3 months.
Can I store vehicles, like cars or boats?
Yes, please contact us to learn more.
What payment methods do you accept?
Online automatic bank transfer only
Do you offer insurance for stored items?
No. It is mandatory for all tenants to arrange their own insurance.
Can I switch to a different unit size later?
Yes, you can transfer to a different unit size if available. There may be a small transfer fee,
and you’ll need to pay any price difference for the new unit.
How do I know what size unit I need?
Our friendly team can help you choose this. If required, we can arrange an on-site viewing of
our available units.
How close can I park to my storage unit?
We allow cars and Utes to drive inside our storage facility 24/7, allowing most tenants to
park within 1 metre of their storage unit. Trailers and trucks must park outside the front
door, which is on average, a 20 metre walk to our enclosed storage units.
All units are on one level.
